(Annual Accounts)

Our services include preparation and submissions of Annual Accounts to Companies House. When a company accounting year is ended then Companies House allow you nine months to submit your Annual Accounts for example if your company accounting year is 01 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 then you have time till 30 September 2023 to file your Annual Accounts. If you fail to do so from next day companies house will impose a penalty on your company which is in rare cases mitigate and you have to pay that penalty and if you have late in paying penalty, then companies house charge interest on it and which increase day by day.
